New Fall 2010 Classes
For those keeping track, we have a couple of new fall classes starting up in the next few weeks.
First up is the FREE Community Self Defense class for adults. I actually have two 4-week sessions planned for the fall. The first begins tonight, September 21st, and the second will begin on October 26th. After that, we’ll be taking a break from self defense classes until after the holiday season. Click on either of the dates for registration information for either class!
A new Women’s Fitness Boxing class for beginners will start up on Tuesday, November 2nd. It’s a 6-week program designed to get you active, in shape, and toned. You’ll feel great and if you really enjoy the beginners class you’ll be welcome to join the permanent advanced class on Monday and Wednesday nights.
