EFT & Tapping
As you get to know me, you’ll learn that I am constantly doing research in the fields of health and fitness.
I have actively participated in the martial arts for over 43 years and still teach six days a week. One is bound to have strains, pulls, and old injuries flare up from time to time.
I prefer alternative medicines (and will rant and rave to you about my reasoning at another point in time). I don’t feel as though our bodies really need outside drugs or chemical agents to treat the chronic and sometimes acute pain factors associated with having an active lifestyle.
With that said, it would be well worth your time to do some internet research on a modality treatment called EFT, also known as “tapping.” It is considered to be a cross between “hypnosis, meditation, and acupressure.”
I’ve been practicing the tapping method for a while now with a focus on both physical and emotional feelings. Suffice to say, the results are darned near instant! It may also open a new chapter of understanding for you about what has been called “the energy body.”
You have pain? Try EFT. There is a free video at www.tapping.com (you can’t miss it – smack in the middle of the page) which will walk you through the technique.
Leave me a comment and let me know how it’s helped you!
